Where are we?

Just a quick overview of where we are.

Below is a map displaying planned mooring and CTD operations. Everything takes place in the Irminger Sea, between the southern tip of Greenland (in the upper left corner) and the Mid Atlantic Ridge (on the right). We started with the recovery of IC4 and then went west recovering IC3, IC2, IC1 and IC0. From IC0 we went west while doing CTDs on the red dots. In the meantime the team has been working on the sensors that were in the moorings. Tomorrow we plan to redeploy IC4 and IC3.

Once operations are finished on the eastern side we will repeat the pattern on the western mooring array. Recover moorings, do CTDs, redeploy moorings. Hopefully thing will go as smoothly there as they did here.
